How GiftSasa Works

Buying a gift

1. Choose your county. Pick where the gift is going, and we'll show shops that deliver there.
2. Find a gift. Browse by occasion or category, or search for something specific.
3. Add your personal touch. Add a note with names, colours or card text when you add a gift to your cart.
4. Check out. Enter the recipient's details, delivery date and gift message, choose packaging, and pay with M-Pesa or on delivery.
5. Chat with the shop. Every order has its own chat. Confirm the details, and the shop can send you a photo before delivery.
6. Track your order. Follow it from accepted to preparing, out for delivery and delivered.

Requesting a custom gift pack

1. Open any shop and tap Request a custom pack.
2. Describe what you want inside, your budget and the date you need it.
3. The shop replies with a quote. Discuss changes in the chat.
4. Accept the quote, check out, and the shop starts preparing your pack.

Selling on GiftSasa

1. Create an account, then apply to open your shop.
2. Once approved, add your products, packaging options and the counties you deliver to.
3. Receive orders, chat with customers and update each order as you prepare and deliver it.
