Ordering

Can I order from more than one shop at once?
Yes. Your cart can hold gifts from several shops. At checkout, each shop gets its own order and delivery fee, and you pay once.

How do I personalize a gift?
Add a customization note when you add the gift to your cart, then confirm the details with the shop in the order chat.

Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name, phone number and address at checkout, and add a message for the gift card.

Can I ask for something that isn't listed?
Yes. Open a shop and tap Request a custom pack. Describe what you want and the shop will send you a quote.

Payment

How do I pay?
With M-Pesa at checkout (you'll get a prompt on your phone to enter your PIN), or pay on delivery where available.

I didn't get the M-Pesa prompt. What now?
Check that your phone is on and has network, then use the Resend prompt button on the payment page. You can also enter a different M-Pesa number there.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my county?
Choose your county in the Deliver to selector at the top of the site to see shops that deliver there.

How much is delivery?
Each shop sets its own fee per county. You'll see it at checkout before you pay. See Delivery Information.

Changes and refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, until the shop accepts it. After that, see our Refund Policy.

What if my gift arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it within 24 hours with photos in the order chat or by email, and we'll help put it right.

Selling

How do I sell on GiftSasa?
Apply to open a shop. We review applications and approve shops that meet our standards.

How much does it cost to sell?
There's no sign-up fee. GiftSasa charges a commission on each completed order, agreed when your shop joins.
