Delivery Information

Each shop on GiftSasa handles its own deliveries, which lets them take care of your gift from their door to yours.

Where we deliver

GiftSasa shops deliver across Kenya. Each shop chooses the counties it serves. Use the Deliver to selector at the top of the site to see only shops that deliver to your county.

Delivery fees

Each shop sets its own delivery fee for each county. You'll see the exact fee at checkout before you pay. If your cart has gifts from more than one shop, each shop charges its own delivery fee.

Delivery times

• Each shop shows its estimated delivery time for your county, for example "Same day" or "2–3 days".
• Some gifts, like cakes or engraved items, need preparation time. The earliest possible delivery date is shown at checkout.
• For important dates, order early and confirm the timing with the shop in the chat.

Making delivery go smoothly

• Give the recipient's correct phone number. The rider will call them.
• Add a building name and a landmark to help the rider find the address.
• If it's a surprise, tell the shop in the chat so they don't spoil it when calling.
